We have the potential for a lovely 3-course meal by putting three of Carole’s recipes together. A soup to start with, spare ribs (or the Salisbury Meatballs from my previous post) and a chocolate cake to follow - phor! Why not go the whole hog? If you serve Carole Lombard’s Golden Fizz Cocktails before dinner I reckon you will have a truly SPECTACULAR evening.
